Our Approach

  • 19-1

Identify the Need and Define the Opportunity

The first step is clearly understanding the need/problem we are solving for and defining the outcome of a well defined assessment.

Through interviews and workshops we present an assessment plan that will define our initial engagement.

  • 20-1

    The Assessment

Using our Assessment Framework, we will define People, Process, and Technology components that are currently being used by your organization.  The data resulting from the assessment will be used as a baseline for our project.

This step is critical to understand the current state, opportunity for change, and defining the financial and process improvements that will result from a successful solution.

  • 8-2

    Documenting the Assessment

Once all the information has been gathered, we present our reports that include all people, process, technology, and financial impact findings.

You are in control, hence all the information we have gathered will be available to you and all your teams to review in an easy-to-understand and accessible format.

    Formats include :

    • White Paper
    • Presentation
    • Flow Chart - Process
    • Spreadsheets - Financial Data
  • 22-1

    Solution Planning

Based on the Assessment and Findings, your solution will remedy People, Process, and Technology issues uncovered during the assessment.

    Planning will include:

    • Resources Level of Effort
    • Financial Impact - Risk Assessment
    • Schedule
    • Defined Outcomes
    • Vendor Selection if Required

    Deploy the Solution

If all the above steps have been followed thoroughly, deploying the solution should be a matter of executing a well documented plan where outcomes have been communicated and shared across the business.  Expectations should match deliverables.

    Continuous Management

To help you maintain a sustainable transformation, we’ll help you with detailed support, management, and a continuous improvement plan.

Once deployed it is most important to have a great support plan, making sure that internal resources align with your vendors and the business goals.  Tracking KPIs, financial improvements, and operational improvements is at least as important as proper planning.

Are you ready for a transformation?
